Every order is supplied with a tracking number.
- Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Please allow 24–48 hours for orders to be processed and for your tracking number/order shipment confirmation to be sent.
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the expected time frame. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Please watch out for your dispatch email.
- Alessi Swim does not hold responsibility for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Please ensure that you provide your daytime delivery address and contact number, as parcels cannot be left unattended in your letterbox or at your front door. We are also unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please ensure all details are entered correctly at checkout.
- Alessi Swim does not ship to PO Boxes for countries other than Australia.

Duties & Taxes
Quoted international shipping fees do not include customs or duty fees. These fees vary from country to country, and we have no control over these charges. The customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees payable upon delivery on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.
